Fluffy Pink Clouds West Coast Pilsner

(5.0% ABV) Brewer Alie designed our West Coast Pilsner as part of our participation in Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day®. This year's PBS hop blend features HBC 638, El Dorado®, Ahtanum®, and Idaho 7® giving us a flavor palette that balances herbal bitterness with the sweetness of tropical fruits. The resulting brew is so refreshing, it feels like we’re floating on clouds. Alie has been dreaming of brewing this beer for several years and appreciates her coworkers and fellow Pink Boots members who assisted in making her dream a reality. A portion of sales proceeds will be donated to Pink Boots Society.

We’re hosting a Lunar New Year Kraken Gamewatch Party on February 19th. Join us at the taproom for swag, giveaways, and delicious brews while you watch the game (swag and promotional materials provided by Seattle Kraken).

Local Asian-owned small businesses will be selling their homemade arts, crafts, & merchandise in the tasting room giving customers a chance to shop while enjoying their beer.

Illustrator and ceramicist, Jiwon Kim, will have moon jars and illustrations for sale and Chow Fun Pet Co. will be selling their culturally-inspired pet accessories.

We’re bringing our Lunar New Year celebrations to the big game!

Lucky Envelope Brewing is celebrating the most auspicious cultural event of the year— Lunar New Year!

We’re kicking off the Year of the Wood Dragon on February 10th with the release of our fifth Highland Brewing collaboration brew, Year of the Dragon: Dragonfruit Wheat. We’ve also brewed up Power and Elegance, an oolong tea lager with our friends at Austin Beerworks and Kaiju Cut and Sew. Lunar New Year wouldn't be complete without the return of Double Happiness. This year, we've infused our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Szechuan Peppercorn and Vanilla!

Red envelope giveaways will be handed out to those first to arrive and a limited amount of Year of the Wood Dragon t-shirts will be available for purchase. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Panda Dim Sum will also be in attendance, serving up their delicious Asian cuisine from 3:00-8:00 PM.

Melody Ip will have boba themed apparel for sale along with jewelry from Archer's Memory by Elynne. Nicky Dang of Dreamy Moon Boutique will have crocheted clothing and curated accessories.

Frelard Run Club and Lucky Envelope are co-hosting a Lunar New Year Run Club event! Get a good run in and then join us back at the taproom for a beer and delicious food from Ms. Helen’s Soul Bistro!

The taproom will be closed Monday, January 29th for a staff event.

Kick-off the holiday season with a Holiday Cheers at Lucky Envelope Brewing! We will be releasing four seasonal brews including our Gingerbread Cream Stout! Doors open at noon and Tacos el Güero will be on-site from 4-7PM.

Lucky Envelope Staff is taking a night off! We will be closing early and last call will be at 4:30PM.

It wouldn't be Halloween without our Count Chocula Cream Stout and the Frankenberry IPA. These will only be available on draft so come on over to the taproom to celebrate their releases!

Sour beers aren't just for summer! Join us at the taproom for a Sour Beer Day to kick off the fall season featuring four sour beer releases including Mango Berry Tea Sour. Mexicuban will be on site from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
