Refreshingly crisp and malt-forward, our traditional German-style Helles Lager is light and bright. This lager balances delicate grain flavors and a hint of bread crust with traditional noble hops for a pleasant, soft bitterness. Prost!
2. Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV)
Juicy red raspberries blended with the bright lactic acidity of the kettle-soured base for a refreshing beer. Our Raspberry Sour pours with a beautiful pink hue, greeting you with a bouquet of ripe fruit and crisp tartness.
3. ENIAC Mosaic IPA (6.2% ABV)
Our Mosaic IPA features flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry resulting in a bold hop profile with restrained bitterness. Named after the first general purpose computer, the ENIAC set the foundation for the technological revolution. Our flagship IPA pays homage to the American creative spirit and served as the catalyst for Lucky Envelope’s brewing evolution.
4. Crazy Rich Billionaires Cream Stout (6.2% ABV)
Collaboration w/Subtle Asian Baking’s Kat Lieu
We partnered again with Kat Lieu, founder of Subtle Asian Baking, to celebrate her third (!!!) book release, 108 Asian Cookies. We brewed a cream stout inspired by her Crazy Rich Billionaire’s Shortbread by adding raspberry, coconut, pandan, brown sugar and miso to create a beer, “fit for a billionaire, but with comforting, warm, and familiar flavors anyone can enjoy.”

5. Lost Crop Fonio Grisette (4.2% ABV)
Our light and effervescent grisette highlights fonio, a nutty and floral ancient West African grain cultivated for thousands of years. Despite its nutritional value and climate-friendly agronomics, fonio has long been overlooked in global markets and is often considered a "lost crop." Recent pushes hope to change that outlook for this tiny but powerful grain.
6. Mango Lassi Milkshake Sour (5.5% ABV)
Inspired by the beloved Indian drink which is often considered “the original smoothie”, this is a mango lassi you can cheers! We brewed it with loads of mango puree, lactose for a silky body, and a dash of cardamom. The result is a tangy, tropical, and decadent sour.

7. Karakuchi Japanese Lager (4.7% ABV)
A refreshing Japanese Lager brewed with rice and corn to mirror beloved crisp “super dry” lagers common in Japan. The term Karakuchi is Japanese for “dry” and is commonly used to describe beers with this flavor profile.
8. Amarone Cask-Aged Imperial Stout (12.0% ABV)
Our Imperial Stout aged in Amarone wine casks, a specialty Italian dessert wine made from dried grapes and concentrated must. Deep roasted malt meets rich layers of plum, chocolate, and syrupy dark fruit, finishing with a touch of oak.
9. Peanut Butter Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Real peanut butter infused with cocoa, coffee and light roast flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a perfect beer to enjoy year-round.
10. Gingerbread Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Forget cookies. Santa will want a pint of this sweet, spice-filled Gingerbread Cream Stout on Christmas Eve. Our rich, roasty cream stout base was brewed with gingerbread spice, vanilla, lactose, and blackstrap molasses to create this quintessential holiday treat.

13. Red Hot Cinnamon Vienna Lager (5.1% ABV)
Nearly 10lbs/bbl of red hot cinnamon candy was infused into our Vienna lager for a spicy, sweet, and warming lager that tastes exactly like gingerbread house candy decorating.
11. Blackberry Cobbler Sour (5.7% ABV)
This limited release is a golden sour ale brewed with hundreds of pounds of blackberries, lemon zest, real vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. We've updated the malts to introduce enhanced toasty and biscuit notes, creating a perfect complement to the jammy blackberry character with a subtle, sweet backbone.
14. Flamin’ Hot Helles Lager (5.0% ABV)
Have you wondered what Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a beer would taste like? Neither have we - until this beer. We added over 20lbs/bbl worth of this domestically produced and locally procured delicacy into our Helles which resulted in a beer that tastes pretty much like Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. And it’s really red.
12. Metal Ox Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV)
Brewed with MarketSpice’s Lychee Rose Black Tea and hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial, this hazy IPA is both unique and approachable. Metal Ox brings you bright citrus, floral lychee, and an earthy black tea finish.
15. Yuzu Hard Seltzer (5.2% ABV)
Our new hard seltzer delivers the bold, herbal-lemon punch of yuzu balanced by a hint of sweetness to round out its bitter notes.
