Taplist
1. Helles Lager (5.0% ABV)
Refreshingly crisp and malt-forward, our traditional German-style Helles Lager is light and bright. This lager balances delicate grain flavors and a hint of bread crust with traditional noble hops for a pleasant, soft bitterness. Prost!
2. Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV)
Juicy red raspberries blended with the bright lactic acidity of the kettle-soured base for a refreshing beer. Our Raspberry Sour pours with a beautiful pink hue, greeting you with a bouquet of ripe fruit and crisp tartness.
3. ENIAC Mosaic IPA (6.2% ABV)
Our Mosaic IPA features flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry resulting in a bold hop profile with restrained bitterness. Named after the first general purpose computer, the ENIAC set the foundation for the technological revolution. Our flagship IPA pays homage to the American creative spirit and served as the catalyst for Lucky Envelope’s brewing evolution.
4. Watermelon Splash Sour (5.6% ABV)
Real Watermelon puree and Marketspice’s Watermelon Splash Herbal Tea infused into our house golden kettle sour base. Just in time for summer, this sour is refreshing, light, and lined with a touch of sweetness like the perfect bite of watermelon. The tea contains green rooibos tea, watermelon, apple pieces, strawberry pieces, and hibiscus.
5. Yinz Jawn Amber Lager (4.6% ABV)
With shared ties to the Keystone State, Triceratops (Rob, aka Yinz) and Lucky Envelope (Barry, aka Jawn) are excited to bring you a collaboration inspired by our formative Lager brewed by America's oldest brewery. The Yinz Jawn Lager is our take on the American Amber Lager, brewed with Weyermann malt, corn, and hopped with German Mittelfruh and Saphir as a nod to our Pennsylvania Dutch roots. Yinz thirsty? Grab some of this jawn.
6. Citra West Coast IPA (6.6% ABV)
Our latest West Coast IPA is crafted with a clean pilsner base and features a combination of Citra, Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, and Citra Quantum. The combination leaves our palette with a blend of citrus peel, tropical fruit, and dank OG.
7. Karakuchi Japanese Lager (4.7% ABV)
A refreshing Japanese Lager brewed with rice and corn to mirror beloved crisp “super dry” lagers common in Japan. The term Karakuchi is Japanese for “dry” and is commonly used to describe beers with this flavor profile.
8. Bubba’s Blueberry Wheat (4.7% ABV)
Collaboration w/ Latona Pub
A blueberry wheat ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Latona Pub. Inspired by the formative NE wheat ale with the dog in a yellow rain hat, we loaded this thirst-quenching ale with blueberry puree for big aroma and a light fruit flavor. Who’s the dog with no teeth? That’s Bixby, aka Bubba, the real boss of the Latona.
9. Peanut Butter Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Real peanut butter infused with cocoa, coffee and light roast flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a perfect beer to enjoy year-round.
10. Chaostructure West Coast IPA (6.7% ABV)
Collaboration with Lumberbeard Brewing
We're excited to partner with Lumberbeard Brewing out of Spokane to bring you Chaostructure. Brewed with pilsner malts and spelt, this West Coast IPA features generous amounts of Tangier, Citra, Galaxy, and Citra Quantum. The name is a nod to the never-ending chaos of Bret and Barry's lives as both parents and brewery owners.
13. Hall of Flame IPA (6.8% ABV)
Lunar New Year Collaboration with The Hall Group
In partnership with The Hall Group, we present an unapologetically bold and dry West Coast IPA. Brewed on a lean pilsner base, we dose with heavy amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Columbus Cryo, and Nectaron Quantum for notes of sticky cannabis, ripe tropical fruit, mandarin peel, and sappy pine.
11. Italian Pilsner (5.0% ABV)
The lagerheads at Lucky Envelope Brewing are excited to bring you our dry-hopped Italian-style Pilsner. We brew with great deference to the originator of this style, Agostino Arioli, using all-European malts and hops for notes of crackers, honey, flowery geranium, and lemon peel.
14. Year of the Fire Horse Chocolate Porter (5.9% ABV)
Collaboration with Highland Brewing
This year's annual Lunar New Year collaboration with Asheville's Highland Brewing was inspired by Highland's late founder, our dear friend Oscar Wong. We celebrate Oscar's awe-inspiring legacy by putting a Year of the Fire Horse twist on his favorite oatmeal porter recipe. Roasted cacao nibs complement the warm cinnamon and the delicate use of smoked sea salt adds an underlying savory salinity.
Cheers and xīn nián kuài lè (Happy New Year)!
12. POG Sour (5.5% ABV)
We loaded our blonde sour with hundreds of pounds of passionfruit, orange, and guava puree, unleashing an intensely bright, fruit-forward punch. It hits with explosive tropical flavor, balanced with a sharp, tart acidity on the finish.
15. Baja Blurst Hard Seltzer (5.2% ABV)
Our house-made Hard Seltzer flavored like the nationally recognized, cult-classic fast-food soda. Baja Blurst Hard Seltzer will leave you feeling like doing something XtrEme, like scaling Mount Rainier or jet skiing circles around Puget Sound.
