1. Helles Lager (5.0% ABV)
Refreshingly crisp and malt-forward, our traditional German-style Helles Lager is light and bright. This lager balances delicate grain flavors and a hint of bread crust with traditional noble hops for a pleasant, soft bitterness. Prost!
2. Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV)
Juicy red raspberries blended with the bright lactic acidity of the kettle-soured base for a refreshing beer. Our Raspberry Sour pours with a beautiful pink hue, greeting you with a bouquet of ripe fruit and crisp tartness.
3. ENIAC Mosaic IPA (6.2% ABV)
Our Mosaic IPA features flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry resulting in a bold hop profile with restrained bitterness. Named after the first general purpose computer, the ENIAC set the foundation for the technological revolution. Our flagship IPA pays homage to the American creative spirit and served as the catalyst for Lucky Envelope’s brewing evolution.
4. Fresh Hop Strata Hazy IPA (6.3% ABV)
Strata hops from Coleman Agriculture
Fresh off the bine and only hours old, our Strata Fresh Hop Hazy IPA celebrates the beautiful essence of this once-a-year harvest. We steep mounds of wet Strata for flavor and aroma without any extra late-additions of processed hops. Strata originated at Oregon State’s Aroma Hop Breeding Program and is known for flavors of juicy tropical and stone fruits layered in with dank cannabis.
5. Strawberry Kiwi Juice Sour (5.6% ABV)
A wave of nostalgia inspired us to recreate a beer version of our favorite childhood foil-pouched fruit juice. We brewed a few hundred pounds of strawberry and kiwi purees into our base golden sour for a zesty, summery juice-box throwback.
6. Grapefruit IPA (6.2% ABV)
As fresh as the first cut, our Grapefruit IPA sends you on an easy-going vacation in a glass. Pouring a lovely light orange color, this beer greets you with zesty aromatic notes of citrus and bursts with fresh grapefruit flavor.
7. Karakuchi Japanese Lager (5.0% ABV)
A refreshing Japanese Lager brewed with rice and corn to mirror beloved crisp “super dry” lagers common in Japan. The term Karakuchi is Japanese for “dry” and is commonly used to describe beers with this flavor profile.
8. Lychee Sour Ale (6.0% ABV)
Hundreds of pounds of real lychee fruit finds its way into our delicious lactobacillus-soured blonde ale. Native to Southeast Asia, lychee adds delightful aromas of roses and pear with a mouth-watering juicy sweetness.
9. Peanut Butter Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Real peanut butter infused with cocoa, coffee and light roast flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a perfect beer to enjoy year-round.
10. Fresh Friends West Coast IPA (7.0% ABV)
Collaboration with Taproom Beer Co.
This is a long overdue fresh hop collaboration with our friend Dan Cady of TapRoom Beer Co in San Diego. We steeped 300 pounds of Roy Farms choicest freshies into this west coast IPA and dry hopped with silly amounts of citra and mosaic.
13. Pumpkin Em🎃ji Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
The Pumpkin Emoji Cream Stout is everything you’d expect from a fall cream stout. This beer has cocoa and light, roasty coffee flavors which blend deliciously with real pumpkin puree and a mix of pie spices. Lactose and flaked oats balance out bold dark malts creating a creamy smoothness not unlike a “PSL”—perfectly spiced latte. Allergen Warning: Contains Lactose.
11. Amarone Cask-Aged Imperial Stout (12.0% ABV)
Our Imperial Stout aged in Amarone wine casks, a specialty Italian dessert wine made from dried grapes and concentrated must. Deep roasted malt meets rich layers of plum, chocolate, and syrupy dark fruit, finishing with a touch of oak.
14. Vienna Lager (5.1% ABV)
Our Vienna-style Lager pays respect to the 19th century Austrian beer which made its way to the US via a fascinating trip through Central America. Pouring a gorgeous amber-red, this highly drinkable lager greets you with notes of lightly sweet malt and toasted bread, finishing with a clean bitterness.

Our new hard seltzer delivers the bold, herbal-lemon punch of yuzu balanced by a hint of sweetness to round out its bitter notes.
