2. Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV)
Juicy red raspberries blended with the bright lactic acidity of the kettle-soured base for a refreshing beer. Our Raspberry Sour pours with a beautiful pink hue, greeting you with a bouquet of ripe fruit and crisp tartness.
3. ENIAC Mosaic IPA (6.2% ABV)
Our Mosaic IPA features flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry resulting in a bold hop profile with restrained bitterness. Named after the first general purpose computer, the ENIAC set the foundation for the technological revolution. Our flagship IPA pays homage to the American creative spirit and served as the catalyst for Lucky Envelope’s brewing evolution.
4. Grapefruit IPA (6.2% ABV)
As fresh as the first cut, our Grapefruit IPA sends you on an easy-going vacation in a glass. Pouring a lovely light orange color, this beer greets you with zesty aromatic notes of citrus and bursts with fresh grapefruit flavor.
5. North German-Style Pilsener (5.0% ABV)
Collaboration with Chuckanut Brewery
North German-Style Pilsener offers a dry finish that cuts through the pale malt sweetness. Expect a clean, assertive hop profile, driven by noble hops, resulting in a refreshing and distinctively sharp continental lager.
6. Mango Lassi Milkshake Sour (5.5% ABV)
Inspired by the beloved Indian drink which is often considered “the original smoothie”, this is a mango lassi you can cheers! We brewed it with loads of mango puree, lactose for a silky body, and a dash of cardamom. The result is a tangy, tropical, and decadent sour.

7. Karakuchi Japanese Lager (4.7% ABV)
A refreshing Japanese Lager brewed with rice and corn to mirror beloved crisp “super dry” lagers common in Japan. The term Karakuchi is Japanese for “dry” and is commonly used to describe beers with this flavor profile.
8. Hall of Flame IPA (6.8% ABV)
Collaboration with The Hall Group
In partnership with The Hall Group, we present an unapologetically bold and dry West Coast IPA. Brewed on a lean pilsner base, we dose with heavy amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Columbus Cryo, and Nectaron Quantum for notes of sticky cannabis, ripe tropical fruit, mandarin peel, and sappy pine.
9. Peanut Butter Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Real peanut butter infused with cocoa, coffee and light roast flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a perfect beer to enjoy year-round.
10. Beardless Brewer Red Ale (5.5% ABV)
A refreshing and easy-drinking Irish-style red ale. The delicate character of English malts shine in this beer with hints of sweet caramel, toasted white bread, and a light cocoa powder finish.
13. Ube Coconut Pineapple Sour (5.7% ABV)
Our Ube Coconut Pineapple sour blends rich, creamy notes of ube with juicy pineapple and a hint of toasted coconut. It's a taste of the tropics with a purple twist!
11. Italian Pilsner (5.0% ABV)
The lagerheads at Lucky Envelope Brewing are excited to bring you our dry-hopped Italian-style Pilsner. We brew with great deference to the originator of this style, Agostino Arioli, using all-European malts and hops for notes of crackers, honey, flowery geranium, and lemon peel.
14. Fire Horse Tea IPA (6.2% ABV)
Collaboration with PCC Markets
In collaboration with PCC Markets, celebrate the Lunar New Year's Year of the Fire Horse with our limited-release IPA. We infused this celebratory brew with Marketspice's Lemon-Berry Sage Tea, resulting in a complex flavor of floral sage, bright lemongrass, and a smooth, earthy black tea.
12. Metal Ox Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV)
Brewed with MarketSpice’s Lychee Rose Black Tea and hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial, this hazy IPA is both unique and approachable. Metal Ox brings you bright citrus, floral lychee, and an earthy black tea finish.
15. Yuzu Hard Seltzer (5.2% ABV)
Our new hard seltzer delivers the bold, herbal-lemon punch of yuzu balanced by a hint of sweetness to round out its bitter notes.
