Refreshingly crisp and malt-forward, our traditional German-style Helles Lager is light and bright. This lager balances delicate grain flavors and a hint of bread crust with traditional noble hops for a pleasant, soft bitterness. Prost!
2. Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV)
Juicy red raspberries blended with the bright lactic acidity of the kettle-soured base for a refreshing beer. Our Raspberry Sour pours with a beautiful pink hue, greeting you with a bouquet of ripe fruit and crisp tartness.
3. ENIAC Mosaic IPA (6.2% ABV)
Our Mosaic IPA features flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry resulting in a bold hop profile with restrained bitterness. Named after the first general purpose computer, the ENIAC set the foundation for the technological revolution. Our flagship IPA pays homage to the American creative spirit and served as the catalyst for Lucky Envelope’s brewing evolution.
4. Kadoya Tea House Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV)
Collaboration w/Isekado Brewery (Ise, Japan)
This special brew is a collaboration with Isekado Brewery, which grew from the 450-year-old Kadoya Teahouse in Ise, Japan. To honor their legacy, we infused their exquisite Ise Sencha green tea into a citrus-forward Hazy IPA finished with a hint of lemon peel. It’s a true taste of past and present. 乾杯!
5. Self-Five New Zealand Pilsner (5.2% ABV)
For the final stop on our Brewers Reunion Tour, meet our current brewer Matt! He’s been itching to brew a sweet as NZ Pilsner, so we sent him off to hit the books. After his brain was chocka, he landed on a recipe featuring a blend of Pilsner malts and heaps of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka hops. The result? A crisp, tropical, easy drinking ripper. Chur, cuz!
6. Buddha’s Hand Citron IPA (6.4% ABV)
Available for a limited window in late fall, zest from this uniquely shaped fruit is brewed into this seasonal West Coast IPA. Buddha's Hand Citron imparts botanical notes and intense flavors reminiscent of fresh cut lemon and crushed lemon candies.
7. Mexican Hot Chocolate Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Get ready for a flavor fiesta! This cream stout is like your favorite Mexican hot chocolate decided to become a beer, swirling together cacao nibs, chili peppers, cinnamon, and vanilla for a decadent, warming treat.

8. Lychee Sour Ale (6.0% ABV)
Hundreds of pounds of real lychee fruit finds its way into our delicious lactobacillus-soured blonde ale. Native to Southeast Asia, lychee adds delightful aromas of roses and pear with a mouth-watering juicy sweetness.
9. Peanut Butter Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Real peanut butter infused with cocoa, coffee and light roast flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a perfect beer to enjoy year-round.
10. Gingerbread Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
Forget cookies. Santa will want a pint of this sweet, spice-filled Gingerbread Cream Stout on Christmas Eve. Our rich, roasty cream stout base was brewed with gingerbread spice, vanilla, lactose, and blackstrap molasses to create this quintessential holiday treat.

13. Pumpkin Emoji Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)
The Pumpkin Emoji Cream Stout is everything you’d expect from a fall cream stout. This beer has cocoa and light, roasty coffee flavors which blend deliciously with real pumpkin puree and a mix of pie spices. Lactose and flaked oats balance out bold dark malts creating a creamy smoothness not unlike a “PSL”—perfectly spiced latte.

11. Blackberry Cobbler Sour (5.7% ABV)
This limited release is a golden sour ale brewed with hundreds of pounds of blackberries, lemon zest, real vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. We've updated the malts to introduce enhanced toasty and biscuit notes, creating a perfect complement to the jammy blackberry character with a subtle, sweet backbone.
14. Favourite Colours Black Pilsner (5.2% ABV)
Favourite Colours is a delicious nod to our roots as the very last recipe Barry brewed at home before opening Lucky Envelope in 2015. We've stayed true to its German-inspired roots, using classic malts and hops for a crisp, clean lager character, layered with subtle notes of coffee, chocolate, and roast. Schwarzbier, you're our favourite colour.
12. Mid-Autumn Surprise Tea IPA (6.2% ABV)
In celebration of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival the brewers have created a bright, hop-forward IPA layered with MarketSpice’s Seattle Surprise blend of orange and mango black tea with pineapple gems. A flavorful yet approachable IPA with subtle citrus and tropical notes.
15. Yuzu Hard Seltzer (5.2% ABV)
Our new hard seltzer delivers the bold, herbal-lemon punch of yuzu balanced by a hint of sweetness to round out its bitter notes.
